As a member of the business group, the Leadership Institute is fully engaged from the beginning of the due diligence period. Once an investment is made, the Institute partners with a designated representative from the investment who has responsibilities over organizational culture, organizational development and human resource management.  In this partnership KCLI seeks to support the point of need business priorities within these categories from a values-driven approach. Recognizing each culture is unique, the Institute takes the lead role in partnering with the investment to design and develop their unique culture in alignment with a SHIELD approach to enhance business outcomes and achieve a positive people impact.
