Dave is Chairman and Founder of World Wide Technology (WWT), a market-leading systems integrator and supply chain solutions provider. Founded in 1990, WWT posted its strongest year to date in 2017 with $12 billion in annual revenue. Dave coauthored his first book, Doing Business by the Good Book, with New York Times Best Selling author Bob Shook in 2004. Dave has teamed up with Brandon Mann and Bob Shook to author Leadership by the Good Book which is expected to be published in 2019. All book sale proceeds benefit BBT (Biblical Business Training). In addition to numerous accolades, Dave is a Horatio Alger Award recipient. Dave has served on a wide array of boards, and he is a founding board member and Vice Chairman of BBT’s Board of Directors.
Brandon K. Mann

As Managing Partner & CEO, Brandon is responsible for Kingdom Capital’s spiritual and strategic direction, with the goal of maximizing the eternal impact for God’s Kingdom. Brandon has been blessed with more than 20 years of diverse leadership experience in M&A, corporate finance, business development, consulting, investments, and ministry. In 2009, Brandon founded the global, non-profit, BBT (Biblical Business Training), which helps people develop their Christian “Faith for Work – Leadership for Life!”
Brandon has teamed up with Dave Steward to author Leadership by the Good Book with the New York Times Best Selling author Bob Shook. The book is expected to be published in 2019, and all book sale proceeds benefit BBT. Brandon has served on a wide array of boards, and he is BBT’s Executive Chairman.
Ernest L. Smiley
Chief Data Scientist
As Chief Data Scientist of Kingdom Capital’s Health & Medical sector, Ernest focuses on the data science, artificial intelligence and predictive analysis within the healthcare ecosystem. He is blessed to have a career that spans over 25 years of experience integrating computer systems for the Department of Defense, DoD Health Systems, Intelligence Community and commercial organizations. His other positions include Deputy Director, Senior Engineering Manager, Chief Architect, Senior Information Technology Security Manager and Program Manager for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Department of Energy (DOE), General Dynamics, Sprint and Lockheed Martin. He is the former Chief Data Scientist for National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), within the Federal Government in the Washington, DC area. He is currently the Founder and the Managing Director of Georgetown Analytics and Technology.

T. Scott Glover
As president of Kingdom Capital’s Health & Medical Group, Scott seeks God’s guidance in identifying and cultivating strategic investment opportunities in the Health & Medical sector. Scott is blessed with more than 25 years of leadership and expertise in the diagnostic, medical, life science, and pharmaceutical business segments. This includes executive level responsibilities within general management, commercial, and business operations. His career started within the multinational corporate footprint (Abbott Laboratories, Cardinal Health, and Sigma-Aldrich), and then moved into the private sector and most recently has been involved in the start-up community, operating in a president’s role for both segments. Throughout these sectors, Scott established a track record in leading commercial organizations, P&L performance, launching products/services, employee development, change management, and portfolio management. Scott has served on a wide array of boards, and he serves on the board of Biblical Business Training (BBT).
As Vice President of Kingdom Capital’s Health & Medical Group, Preston focuses on the identification of new investment opportunities, from academic IP through mature corporations. Preston is blessed with nearly 20 years of scientific and business leadership experience in the life science tools, diagnostics, and biotechnology industries. This includes executive-level responsibilities within business development, marketing, operations, R&D, and product development. His career started as a scientist in the Department of Pharmacology at the Yale School of Medicine and has spanned all phases of life science innovation and commercialization, from investment banking (Bank of America) to major multinationals (Sigma Aldrich) and start-ups. Most recently, Preston was the Vice President of Business Development for Adarza BioSystems, where he successfully led several progressive rounds of financing while growing the company.
As Director of Kingdom Capital’s Leadership Institute, Brian focuses on partnering with commercial and philanthropic leaders to cultivate values enhanced organizations. The Institute is focused on both the role of management in shaping culture and the role of culture in contributing to organizational health and performance. Brian is blessed with nearly 16 years of organizational development and leadership experience. This includes executive-level responsibilities within human resource management and organizational strategy. He is a certified coach by the International Coaching Federation and has coached leaders across the private, social, and public sectors. Brian is passionate about helping leaders harness the strengths of their unique leadership profile while adapting to the needs of their team, organization, and environment. He is also certified as a Behavioral Analyst by Target Training International and by Korn Ferry in their Leadership Architect competency model.
